Nearly 800 students attend the Collège Sainte-Anne preschool and primary school in Dorval. In such a context, site logistics is no longer just a matter of efficiency, but also of public safety. To ensure that all risks were mitigated and to provide the safest possible environment for the teachers and students who were present at all times on the campus, JCB Construction Canada put a lot of effort into analyzing all eventualities and implementing the most effective traffic and protection plan.

Taking into account the movement of heavy machinery, numerous truck deliveries and dangerous equipment in direct confrontation with school hours and the movement of students, JCB implemented numerous protection and separation measures. These included separated circulation lanes, the constant presence of security guards, double fencing and the implementation of the strictest site security measures.

We're delighted that the project not only went off without a hitch, but also proved to be a unique learning opportunity for the school's students.
