For Tennis Canada, there's no stopping the competition, even when it comes to new construction.

Commissioned by the national organization to build a new mezzanine to accommodate the growing number of athletes expected at IGA Stadium, JCB Construction Canada is responding to the ATP and WTA circuits' request for additional indoor facilities to better meet the needs of players during competition. The addition of a new mezzanine above Court 1 will provide an additional 15,000 square feet of space.

In order to continue to provide top-notch facilities for athletes and the general public, several mitigation measures were implemented to minimize the impact of our construction site on users.

Shrink wrap was installed from floor to ceiling to seal off the entire construction site. On one side, users can continue to enjoy their facilities and practice their sport, while on the other side, JCB continues its construction work, out of sight, out of mind.

In addition to reducing noise and dust, the visual pollution caused by our construction work is completely eliminated.

This pratical solution has enabled our client, Tennis Canada, to strengthen its commitment to the racquet sports community and ensure the continued use of its facilities.
